My role as a therapist is to be an active collaborator in your journey to reclaim your presence in this life and unique vitality. I offer a variety of therapeutic methods that help you improve your quality of life, connection with yourself and others, and to develop your own internal sense of purpose and resilience.

My clinical approach is relational, centers social justice, somatic awareness, and is trauma-focused. I am trained in EMDR, an effective approach for trauma and stress. Additionally, I specialize in ADHD and autism, as well as issues related to family formation, chronic illness, and aging. My therapeutic style is known to be direct, yet warm and supportive.
